Adeline Joy Slater

Adeline was born January 8, 2009 in the evening. She weighed 6 pounds 6 ounces and was 19 inches long. I labored for 24 hours! She is such a good baby, she only cries when she is hungry or needs to be changed. I am pretty tired, but it sure is worth it! Josh is just in love with his little girl. And Lolli pup follows her everywhere. She even jumps up on our bed so she can look in Adeline's crib. We feel so blessed to have her! We will keep you all up to date. 38 1/2 weeks

So we have about a week and a half until Adeline is due, but we are hoping she wants to come out to play sooner! We are all set up and the baby clothes and blankets are all washed. My overnight bag is packed. We are just playing the waiting game now. I took a week and a half off from work to get everything taken care of, and it was getting pretty hard to treat patients with a huge belly getting in the way :) We will put up pics when she comes!
